Congratulations on your new job! Please follow these steps to obtain your official work permit. A final work permit may take 24 to 48 hours to process and issue to you.
*Remember as a condition of obtaining your work permit, you must maintain adequate grades and attendance*
1. Download/print and complete the fillable work permit request below. Please make sure that you, your parent and your new employer complete and sign your sections.
2. Bring your complete work permit request to the Career Center in the front office or email a copy of the completed work permit request form to me at [email protected]
