2024 -2025 Girls Volleyball Team Tryouts
All Levels - June 10 - June 11
Where: Main Gym
Time: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
If you make the team practices will begin
June 12th through June 28th Monday through Wednesday
July 15th through start of School
No Contact July 1st through July 14th
Physicals and Clearance packages must be turned in prior to tryouts.
LHS Physicals May 18th, 2024 Main Gym Please look for details.
Bring gym wear, knee pads (if you have), Plenty of water.
You will be conditioning as well as be accessed for skills.
Be sure to be dressed and ready.

Workouts for conditioning are to help endurance, strengthening, agility, and proper forms for volleyball. If you are interested in joining please contact me at the email above. Summer conditioning and practices will be held Monday thru Thursday 3pm - 5pm. A Physical is required and Athletic Clearance packages are required to participate. You can find the clearance packet at http://lhs.leusd.k12.ca.us under Athletics, look for athletic forms and clearance package.
