Hello and Welcome!

My name is Kassidy Sievert, and my LEUSD story started in Kindergarten. You could say I've been an LEUSD student, employee, and now teacher—I've pretty much collected the whole set! After spending 16 years as a Special Education Instructional Support Aide, I followed my passion into teaching. I earned my Bachelor's degree from California Baptist University and my Teaching Credential and Master's in Education and Technology from Azusa Pacific University. I'm excited to continue serving the community that helped shape me and to make learning engaging, meaningful, and maybe even a little fun!

Learning should be meaningful, but it should also be fun! I enjoy creating a classroom environment where students feel welcomed, supported, and excited to participate. I use a variety of teaching methods—including visual, auditory, hands-on, and collaborative activities—to help students engage with the material in ways that make sense to them. By meeting students where they are, I aim to make learning accessible, engaging, and memorable for everyone.
