Pre-participation Clearance Packets are required before tryouts. You can find the packet on the athletics home page. Please review the packet thoroughly to understand your commitment to the safety of you and your teammates. You must also understand and commit to the rules and sportsmanship, which is part of the responsibility you take on when you join a Lancer team.
You may not participate in practices until your packet is complete and has been accepted by
Scott Lawson or Twila Brand in the office.
One packet is good for all sports and expires one year from the physical date.
