Advanced Placement Program (World Class)
At Lakeside High School we have an open-door Advanced Placement policy. We encourage our students to rise to the rigor and challenge themselves by taking AP classes during their time here at Lakeside.
The AP Program provides college-level courses and exams in various subject areas. More than 2,900 universities and colleges worldwide grant credit, advanced placement or both to students who perform well on exams. Nearly 1,400 institutions grant sophomore standing to students who have demonstrated competency in three or more of these exams.
