At Saturday's competition,  the Lakeside team placed 12th out of 22 schools. Our goal was to place in the Top 10, and although we fell two spots short of that goal, we are INCREDIBLY proud of our entire team.  For a completely inexperienced group (including the coaches), and a significant late start in the season, we know in our hearts we are contenders and plan to come at the competition full force next year.  We did not come away empty-handed...
