Clearance packets are available in the office and at our website.  An Athletic Clearance is required by the district and is good for one year after the physical date and good for all sports. 

Athletes are required to maintain a 2.0 unweighted grade point average with no more than one F.  We collect grades from each quarterly report card.  The report card from the last quarter of a school year will determine eligiblity for the first quarter of the next school year.  All freshmen are assumed academically eligible for the first quarter of there freshman year.

If you are transferring to Lakeside form another high school, please notify the athletic director, Scott Lawson, so he can determine if CIF forms are necessary in order to compete on a varsity team.

Once you SUBMIT your request below, you will be taken directly to the required Pre-participation Clearance Packet. 

Print and Save the Lancer Clearance Pre-participation packet.

The Physical, Emergency Medical Information and Signature Pages must be turned in

and processed before you can practice or tryout for any sport.
