All paperwork you will need will be at the door with at the Lakeside table.  Pay $30 cash and turn in your packet before you leave.  Couldn't be simpler to get cleared for all sports and activities for the 2018-2019 school year.  Doctors volunteer and donate youre entire fee to Lakeside Athletics.
