Giving back to your community is a great way to show your appreciation and commitment to the world you live in!

As a requirement for graduation, LEUSD requires students to complete 40 hours of community service by the spring of their senior year.  Due to the current closures and restrictions the LEUSD board members have voted to suspend that requirement for the 2020-2021 school year.  However, community service and your commitment to others is always something colleges like to see from their applicants.  Get creative and look for safe ways to give back.
