NAVIANCE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REQUEST

CURRENT TRANSCRIPTS

(Scroll down for instructions for FINAL TRANSCRIPTS)

 

  1. Go to http://www.leusd.k12.ca.us  select RESOURCES>For Students>Naviance Family Connection
  2. Login to Naviance. Username is your LHS ID #, Password is your date of birth (MMDDYYYY)
  3. Click on the tab “About Me”, then on “Profile”. Update your email address by clicking on the pencil icon. Be sure to click “Update” when you are done.
  4. Click on the tab “Colleges
  5. Fill out all information under “My Colleges” and “SAVE”
  6. On the left side under “Resources”, click on “Transcripts”
  7. Fill out all information for transcripts requested and “SAVE”
  8. You may also order transcripts for scholarships and personal use. Be sure to add any comments in the box “Other Notes”. (Example: I want to pick up 2 official transcripts)

 You are done!

 

*Be sure to login to Naviance frequently for important information.

*You can check the status of your transcript request in the Transcript tab under Submission Status. The ID is the confirmation that it was delivered electronically to the college (they receive it within minutes). If a college states they have not received your transcript, call their Admissions Office and give them that ID Number

*Some colleges only accept mailed transcripts. I will mail those and post in Naviance when they have been placed in the mail

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS

 

For a student to request a final transcript from their school, the student or counselor must first choose Accepted as the result for the application.  The office status must indicate initial or mid-year materials submitted.  See the article “Updating the Result of All Applications for All Students” for more information.

Once the application result has been updated, the student will be able to request their final transcript from their Family Connection account.

To request a final transcript in Family Connection:

 

  1. Select the Colleges tab.
  2. In the Resources section, click Transcripts
  3. Click Request transcripts for my college applications.
  4. Check the Request Final Transcripts box for the appropriate applications.
  5. Click Request Final Transcript.

 

Note:  In order to request a final transcript, there must be an initial transcript request for the college.

You may order transcripts directly from our secure, online service center, or contact the LEUSD Records Department listed below for questions and assistance with a student records request.

Secure records orders and payment transactions are now processed online through “Scribsoft,” accessed by selecting the "Order Transcripts and/or Student Records" link below, or from the District Web site at www.leusd.k12.ca.us. click on the “District” top menu tab and select “Student Records - Transcripts” from the drop down menu.
